Phase IV is a unique company that was founded in 1979 by Mike Andreoni and Bill Campbell. We were one of the first companies in the Lexington area specializing in historic preservation and renovation.
A Little History....
Located in historic Lexington, Kentucky, we have had the privilege of restoring some of the finest old homes, churches and public builings found anywhere. Along with many renovations to existing structures, we have completed many new additions as well as constructed custom new houses. In 1987, we added a custom millwork and cabinetry shop so that we could provide more detailed millwork and personalized cabinetry at our customer's request. Our in house trades include: rough and finish carpentry, structural repairs, painting (exterior and interior), tile, masonry, copper gutters and downspouts. We also offer faux finishings, architectural salvage, restorations and construction consulting.
Over The Years....
Over the years the owners have consulted with many clients concerning various construction and preservation issues. Also, Bill Campbell taught a graduate level class in the Historic Structures at the University of Kentucky. Phase IV has provided consulting services to: State of Kentucky, City of Lexington, City of Shelbyville, University of Kentucky, Midway College, and various other organizations.
